How Does It Works?

After taking a look and approving the proposal, the next step is the pay the required the deposit and sign the proposal. After signing, we custom order all of the materials needed, such as roofing panels and drip edge. This may take the manufacture a few weeks to fabricate, during this time we will schedule a start date to begin the project.
The first step in the roofing process will be the remove the existing roofing materials. We understand that your home the one of you largest investments, that is why we take incredible care during the tear off process. Once the old roof has been removed, we inspect the decking and replace any plywood that may have rotting or other damages to aid in the durability of the new roofing system.
After tear off we install the roofing underlayment. This high quality underlayment provides additional protection to your home during and after the roofing project. In specific areas we install a high temperature Ice and Water shield. This will protect in the most vulnerable areas of you home, such as the eves, valleys and against any walls.
Once the surfaces have been prepared, The roofing panels will be installed. A high attention of detailed in paid during this process, to ensure no cosmetic damage is done the the panels. As we approach certain areas of the roof, such as a chimney, we begin the proper technics to ensure that all details are water proof and will last the entire duration of the whole system.

After all panels have been installed and details completed, we do a final clean up to ensure that we leave the jobsite as clean as it was when we being the process, This includes any metals clipping, debris from the old roof and any debris that is made during the process.
